Life is a game.
And for me, I am like Mario: chasing my own “princess Peach” from world to world, from castle to castle.
I accept my crusade and fight against anything that stands in the way because there is nothing more important than getting there, where my princess Peach awaits me to rescue her. But every time I hit that castle milestone, I just missed her.
Peach means success and happiness to me. It is the ultimate trophy I aspire to achieve. But it eludes me every time.
I do gain skills, though. I know where to go when I need something that makes me feel bigger and better, and
I have become better at catching those opportunities on time.
I’ve lost a few times and faced the same battle more than once. I’ve even slipped on easy jumps, but now I am more careful because I don’t have infinite lives and buying more is quite expensive these days.
That’s why when I found this notepad, I decided it would be the perfect place to imprint the diaries of a travelling homeless.
I take one day at a time, one page at a time.
Maybe in the end, every individual entry will make sense and form a wholesome story, or perhaps it will be incoherent and random, as often life can be.
But while it develops and takes form, you can be a part of it here.
